INNOEVSIC | Welcomes 2026 Graduates with GROW180
2026.07.11
INNOEVSIC welcomed its 2026 graduate intake in July. Bringing an enthusiasm for technology and a curiosity about the semiconductor industry, the new recruits began the transition from university life to their first roles in the SiC industry.
The welcome began with employee badges, onboarding packages and guidance through the joining process, helping the graduates settle into their new workplace.
Their development will continue through GROW180, a 180-day program combining group training, production line experience, specialist instruction and mentoring. The program is designed to help graduates get to know their teams, build technical skills and become confident in their roles.
Initial courses introduced the company’s history and culture, its business and products, and trends in the SiC industry. They also helped graduates understand where their academic knowledge fits into the work ahead.
The graduates were introduced to a goal shared across INNOEVSIC: “A Globally Preferred Provider of Power Devices and Solutions.” This vision gives a common purpose to the work they are beginning.
Team-building activities gave the graduates a chance to get to know one another outside the classroom.
Working through outdoor challenges in the summer heat, they learned to coordinate their efforts and encourage one another when tasks became difficult. New colleagues began to develop the trust they would need as teammates.
The exercises also put INNOEVSIC’s values into practice. Some graduates took the lead or proposed ideas; others focused on execution or stepped in where help was needed. Each had a part to play in the team’s progress.
At the closing ceremony, the graduates demonstrated what they had learned in a coordinated group drill.
Trainee representatives reflected on their experiences, and awards recognized participants for their effort and commitment.
With the introductory camp complete, the graduates will move into production line placements and practical work assignments. Specialist training and guidance from experienced mentors will continue throughout GROW180 as they develop the skills needed for a career in SiC.
