Innoevsic SiC Module Manufacturing Base Reaches Structural Topping-Out Milestone

         With the final section of concrete poured at the top of the building, the SiC module manufacturing base project of Chongqing Innoevsic Technology Co., Ltd. has officially completed its main structural construction. This milestone represents a significant step forward in Innoevsic’s strategic expansion and in strengthening the third-generation semiconductor industry chain, laying a solid foundation for the project’s scheduled production launch.

         From blueprint to structural completion, Innoevsic is rapidly integrating into Chongqing’s role as a national hub for advanced manufacturing. Chongqing’s strong industrial foundation—particularly its cluster advantages in new energy vehicles and high-end equipment manufacturing—aligns closely with Innoevsic’s core technologies in the SiC field.

         Once fully operational, the facility is expected to achieve a production capacity of approximately 740,000 SiC power modules per month. The base will become an important power semiconductor manufacturing hub in western China, providing critical components for key sectors including electric vehicles, Renewables, industrial applications, consumer electronics and aerospace.

      Currently, the project has entered the phase of secondary structure construction and interior finishing works. Innoevsic will continue to uphold high standards and rigorous project management, ensuring both construction safety and quality while steadily advancing the project schedule.
