The company specializes in SiC power devices and modules, drawing on expertise in AI and data, chip specification, process technology and materials.           The product portfolio includes SiC MOSFET wafers and discrete devices, housed SiC modules and molded SiC modules. INNOEVSIC works to meet customers’ technical and application needs across electric vehicles, renewable energy, industrial applications and consumer electronics.

          Headquartered in Chongqing, the company has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Jiangsu and Hong Kong. Its R&D, manufacturing and commercial teams work together to serve customers worldwide. INNOEVSIC plans to expand its international customer base and business network, strengthening local support in key markets.

          The module factory began production in February 2026. It brings together more than 40 types of processing and test equipment, with leading equipment used at critical stages. Production, inspection, warehousing and logistics are automated and coordinated across the facility. The manufacturing system delivers 95% automation, 100% traceability of production information, and proactive monitoring with closed-loop control to support consistent quality and dependable volume deliveries.
